ICAP Group – with €63 million revenues for 2010 and 1.300 employees- is the largest Business Services Group in Greece with a strong presence in Southeastern Europe and Cyprus. Following the group dynamical expansion strategy, ICAP opened in 2008 subsidiaries in Romania, Bulgaria and Serbia, therefore looking for an IT provider able to support the new offices’ activity from the technology and applications point of view.

Another major event that was the strategic partnership concluded between ICAP and the worldwide leader in the provision of Credit Risk Services and Business Information, Dun & Bradstreet, in September 2011. ICAP joined, thus, the largest network of BI providers, became exclusive provider of D&B’s services in Bulgaria, Greece and Romania, and committed to invest heavily in further improvements in its services, for the benefit of its entire customers base.

TotalSoft was selected as vendor from many candidates due to the company’s excellent position and proven track record for such applications’ development. Also, TotalSoft has a presence in countries where ICAP operates, thus offering local support.
